How to use Bernstein certificates in employment contracts

Bernstein certificates can be used to create solid proof of the data each new employee gets access to when joining a company. We recommend following steps:

1. Create a new project for the files the employee will get access to
2. Generate a blockchain certificate for this project
3. Refer to the created certificate in the NDA as well as to all future certificates linked to this first one
4. Send to the employee with the certificate as an attachment

Should there be new knowledge disclosed in the future just upload the new files and create a new certificate using the same project folder. By being linked to the first certificate the data will be covered by the contract as well and you will have prove of the evolution of the shared data over time.
