Is my data stored on the blockchain?

No, the blockchain itself only contains transactions. The encrypted data itself is for now saved on a German AWS server. The idea is to use a more decentralized storage in the future, such as IPFS.

The data added to the blockchain transaction are the data's cryptographic fingerprint, as well as a cryptographic proxy for your identity (your private key), linking the data to you and a specific date and time.
